surface data analysis

By early morning on 11/10/96, the surface cyclone is beginning to move away from Ohio. Snow has ended over NE Ohio and rain/snow has changed to all snow in western New York.

Cold air is slowly making progress east and south, but the heaviest lake effect remains in the western lakes.
